At Grendon, we believe in supporting every child to be the best they can be. To do this we aim to provide a stimulating but secure environment, treat each other with respect, tolerance and concern, teach a curriculum that is stimulating, relevant and tailored to our learners. Use resources effectively to meet our learners' needs, build relationships with parents, carers and the local community and to work to remove inequalities and all barriers to learning.
Grendon School is a true local school which has been part of the community since it opened in the 1920s. The current building opened in 1972 and was considered very modern at the time. Many of our staff and Governors attended Grendon themselves or sent their children here!
