About us
Pure Hydro Cleaners first started trading in 2000 by William McCafferty, William cleaned his first window in 1978 and began cleaning carpets in 1981. Since then the business has diversified and now offers a wide range of cleaning facilities. These range from windows, carpets, gutters and solar panels.
Over the years he has turned this trade into a craft, leaving his clients windows and the like sparkly clean. William has built a business that offers the best quality service at affordable prices.
As a person, William is passionate in giving back what he has learnt over the years to young people who are just starting out in businesses. He is a member of 'The Federation of Small Businesses' and has seats on various committees, both in branch and regionally. William is also a Chair of Governor at a local school and along with an excellent group of teachers and incredibly talented pupils, the school is improving year by year.
William sees himself as a laid back guy who always looks at life with heaps of positivity, he is known for his sense of humour and efforts to stand out in the crowd; even wearing a kilt to clean windows, which certainly gets some attention! especially when its windy.
Being an OCD sufferer William accepts nothing but the best in his cleaning approach, you won't be disappointed!
Commercial
No job is too big or too small and we currently work all over the West Midlands. In the past we have also travelled further a field and across England in order to restore sparkly windows everywhere.
We only use a Water Fed Pole (reach & wash) System which will clean up to 80'ft from the ground. The Water Fed Pole system uses Di-ionised water that is pure 000 at a rate of 0 particles in a million.
Safety and best working practices are paramount to us and all our staff have intensive on-going training.
Residential
Pure Hydro Cleaners have 1 major rule; the Customer is KING and they should have the very best window cleaning service, not just the first clean and a quick wipe down thereafter.

A window is not just the glass panel, to Pure Hydro Cleaners, a window is the glass, the frame, the sill and everything in between, all of which are cleaned on every clean, all doors, including the front door, the back, side and the garage door will be cleaned; even the Velux windows are all cleaned if they can be reached.
Pure Hydro Cleaners have an extensive range of equipment to ensure that the majority of windows are cleaned, having equipment that can reach a working height of 80′ ft, along with portable equipment to reach the windows that are normally difficult to get too.

You can have your windows cleaned every 4, 8 or 12 weeks with the added benefit that it will save you money, for example a typical house price are:
4 weekly clean @ £12 per clean - £156 per year
8 weekly clean @ £18 per clean - £117 per year
12 weekly clean @ £22 per clean - £88 per year
Specialist Services
We can clean windows upto 100 feet, from the safety of the ground. We don't need expensive Abseilers or Cradles to do this, we use instead, super lite carbon fibre poles.
