The installation is for a combi to combi swap (Horizontal Flue) using the existing gas supply and it will include: Removing existing boiler and debris from site and cleaning up. Installing the new boiler using the best method and workmanship and making the flue safe by sealing/patching and brick work where required. Installing a Vaillant 24 hour manual time switch. Cleaning system and treated it with appropriative chemicals. On completion you will receive completed boiler paper work and Gas Safety Certificate (Gas Safe Registered 219524) We will send you an annual service reminder by your chosen method, i.e.. text, message or call. For Conventional Systems upgrades to a Combination Heating System or the gas line is undersized or if you need the new boiler moved to a new location, please call us for a estimate.

If your system is filthy and needs a power flush then our company can carry out a half price power flush to your heating system. If you require a magna filter for your new boiler then our company can install it for half price.
A FREE LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE
With our boiler installation we also offer a free Landlord Gas Safety Certificate at the time of the annual boiler service, if you are a Landlord then for your rental properties its the law that your appliances are checked by a gas safe engineer and you need to keep a copy of Gas Certificate.
