ABOUT US

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mary Stevens Hospice, which is a registered charity offering specialist care for people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, as well as dedicated support for their families and carers. These services are provided free of charge to those who need them throughout Dudley borough, as well as parts of South Staffordshire, Wyre Forest, Sandwell, and Hereford and Worcester.
We as MSH Trading Ltd primarily operate a chain of Charitable retail outlets specifically set up in 1991 in order to generate funds for the ongoing work of our Hospice. In addition to our shops we run an ethical recycling operation incorporating commercial House clearances, our own high class coffee shop, and also trade actively on E-Bay and Amazon.
100% of our profits are donated annually to the Hospice, and since 2005 with our current team we have quadrupled turnover and tripled this net contribution. In addition to our operational team, we are managed by our Chief Executive and an experienced Board of independent Trustees who oversee the delivery of our strategic objectives.

Testimonials

'Thankyou so so much for all you have done'

"My Nan has been coming here for years once a week. She had been unwell over christmas and in and out of hospital for months. She came out of hospital last week and could not wait to come and have respite here. She came to you wednesday and she passed away peacefully on friday morning. She would not have wanted to be anywhere else and i truely believe she waited until she was here. Thankyou so so much for all you have done for her and for us as a family. We cannot thank you enough. Xxxx"

'Thank you from the bottom of our hearts'

"My dad (Terry) passed away here in December 2015. He had been a weekly visitor since March 2015. Everyone was so kind and considerate at such a hard time for me and my family. He passed away so peacefully exactly how us as family wanted. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

'We will be forever grateful'

"My lovely Mom spent her last couple of weeks in Mary Stevens Hospice. She sadly passed away there on 21st November 2014. While she was there, she was treated like a Queen. All the medical staff and volunteers are amazing, the room was beautiful and nothing was too much. My young children were made to feel so welcome; the nurses played with them, looked after them and even did a lovely hand print canvas with 'Nanny', which we will treasure forever. A simple 'thank you' really doesn't seem enough. As a family, we will be forever grateful to you for treating my Mom, Kate, with the dignity, respect and compassion she deserved. God bless you all. X"
